Dice-K: 107 pitches in 5 innings

I will have to ask my mother to send John Farrell a note as to how to say "throw strikes, damn it!" in Japanese for Dice-K.  Bullpen will get a workout today.

    Dice, Dice Baby has been terribly inefficient today. You'd think the score would be higher than it is. An interesting aspect of Dice-K's outing was that Dusty Brown handled the catching duties today. I've been waiting for Dice-K to be paired with Dusty. Uncle Buck's our long-lost relative, but Dusty Brown? Dice-K actually pulled Dusty up to the mound to talk about pitches and I'm guessing because of a language barrier, Dice-K showed Dusty the ball inside his glove so Dusty knew what kind of pitch he was talking about.

    Currently, the other Japanese pitcher we have has just cost us the game. Things have gone to hell in a hand basket.
