Ok, time for a little emotion. I think I might cry. Seriously. I happened to look at "Extra Bases" and noticed the lineup for tonight's Beckett Bowl at Lucky Strike. ALL 3 of my boys will be there: Mikey, Wakie and Lackey!! Where will I be? In Washington, DC working on crap I hate!! Oh, it's really time to move.
ReplyDeleteAlright, I might recover...I have to say that I'm surprised with the Globe's list. Will Ohman. Are you kidding me? He gets lit up everytime he pitches for the Os. The Sox didn't think Aardsma was quality the first time around, so I'm wondering why they would consider him again. He's been around the Sox block before. Kyle Farnsworth is not Sox material. I hate to be nasty, so I'll refrain from the term of art that is applicable here, but his reputation proceeds him. I like Kerry Wood, but nobody asked me for my opinion.
I agree that Ram-Ram may be better suited for the NL. The element of surprise is a great thing. All I can say is that it'll be a nail biter until the deadline's over on Saturday!
