This would really be a tough break for this promising young player. With both Cameron and Drew in their walk years, 2012 would have been a great opportunity for him. Let's not forget Josh Reddick who has fallen down the prospect chart but still has good potential.

Bad news for the Corn Dog. This is really selfish, but it's a good thing this happened this year and not last. Yes, we got Nava in reserve, but with all the boo-boos last season, this injury would've been ten times worse for the Red Sox than it is now.
