This will be a key decision. Having a LHP out of the pen is a key component to a championship team. In 2004, we had Alan Embree; Okie in 2007.
Sentimentally, I would like to see the re-emergence of Okie. But, Theo has brought in several lefties to preview in Spring Training.

I hate to be a Debbie Downer here, but I really think Okie's best days are behind him. He's really struggled every since his debut in 2007. That seemed to be his and Dice-K's banner year. I honestly would start Okie in AAA and if things pick up for him or Reyes flops, he can rejoin the Sox. Right now, he is a liability because he's really not 100% on his game. Look at the fate of Manny Delcarmen. I think the Mariners have parted ways with him. I hope Theo listens to us!!
