Lester and Beckett are legends. They don't even need nicknames. I've never heard management call them anything but their surnames.
Lackey's colorful moniker, Awesome O'Clock, is courtesy of Fitzy of "Pocket Money" fame. He did a very humerous, yet on-point impersonation of Lackey. As our Johnny Boy thinks he's the greatest starting pitcher in the history of baseball, Fitzy thinks that Lackey thinks that at the tone the time will be Awesome O'Clock!
Buchholz is either Buch or Uncle Buch, depending on his performance. Wake is another legend. No elaboration required.
Bard = Rubber Arm Aceves = 'Fredo Lay Wheeler = Poppa Wheeler Jenks = High Jenks (have you seen the guy pitch? He can't!)
Albers = Fat Albers (another instance where seeing is believing)
Bowden = Bo
Hottovey we'll have to work on. I don't know him well enough yet to decide!
