Long-term deal for A-Gonz?

I may have missed it but I do not recall any long-term deal getting done.  Theo gave up 3 top prospects for A-Gonz.  I hope that they don't dither and end up losing him to free agency after the season.  Call me a worry wart, I guess.

    No, there's no long-term deal done for Gonzo right now. The reports are that something can be worked out after Opening Day. I hope this doesn't go the way of J-Bay and V-Mart. You know, the contract thing gets talked about in the middle of the season; there's tension and disagreement; and ultimately, the player's performance goes down the crapper because of it. Let's start talking in April so that by July, we don't begin to see Gonzo's numbers peter out.
