Look at it this way. We're in third place all banged up and loaded with minor leaguers. Toronto and the Orioles are in second to last and last place with healthy regulars. Red Sox Nation ought to be damn proud of their team for being as close to the top as they are with a roster full of walking wounded. There's no shame here. The real embarrassment is to those two AL doormats who couldn't hack it with a bunch of healthy guys. Whose season sucked the most? Yes, it's been unusually cruel to the Sox with so many injuries, but there's nothing you can do about that. Try being a Jay and explain to your fans why their healthy starting 9 sucks!! GO SOX!! You guys rock!!
