You hate to see the 'Sox lose games, like last night, in which they led practically the whole evening. Games like this can come back and bite later.
I see that both Cameron and Beckett are due to return soon.

According to pre-game notes from the Boston Globe, Ram-Ram still has the elbow soreness that started last week. Why in the world, then, would you bring him into a tie game!? Schoenweiss and Wake were still in the pen! Sometimes management can net you a loss.
ReplyDeleteThings sound like they are progressing well for Beckett and Cam. Also, Ells will be starting his rehab soon. The missing pieces should fall back into place before too long.
Getting Ells back will be big. He is a bona fide base-stealing threat who can help in "small ball" situations.
